## 今日の3大ニュース
### 1. OpenAIのモデルがGoogle Cloudに登場
OpenAIとGoogle Cloudが提携しました。GPT-6 Astra、GPT-6.1 Sol、GPT-6 Lunaが、Google CloudのModel Gardenで一部企業向けのプライベートプレビューとして使えます。料金はGoogle Cloudの請求にまとめられ、既存の利用コミットからも差し引けます。一般提供は「今後数週間」の予定です。Codex CLIやデスクトップ版から、GoogleのGemini基盤を推論先にする接続もできるそうです。OpenAIの主要クラウドパートナーは、引き続きMicrosoftです。

### 2. Mistralが音声エージェント一式「Voxtral 3」を公開
50以上の言語の文字起こしと、35以上の言語の音声合成がそろいました。さらに「聞く、考えてツールを呼ぶ、話す」を1本のリアルタイム処理にまとめたSDKもセットで出ています。1ターン1秒未満で返答し、話をさえぎると止まるとのことです。料金は1分$0.04（Mistral Small 4使用時）からです。詳しくは今日の導入ガイドで扱います。

### 3. Anthropicの上場準備書類（ドラフト）の中身が報道される
報道によると、2026年上半期の売上は163億ドルでした。6か月の計算資源への支出は約90億ドル、将来のインフラ契約は6,000億ドルを超えます。正式な公開申請は早ければ10月24日（金）、上場は11月中旬という見方が出ています。ただし10/21時点で正式な申請書類はまだ公開されておらず、話題になっているのはリーク版の内容です。

## 株・市況との連動（10/21 米国終値）
S&P500は+0.58%、ナスダックは+1.05%、ダウは+0.68%でした。AI関連では、Super Microが+9.55%、NVIDIAが+2.54%、AMDが+3.36%、Micronが+1.96%です。Reutersは、Super Microの強気な見通しとSpaceXの黒字決算が買いを呼んだと報じています。Alphabetは下落しましたが、提携発表との因果関係は確認できていません。

## 過去から現在、そして先へ
これまで、OpenAIのモデルはAzureで使うのが中心でした。今は、米国の3大クラウドのどれでも使えます。この先は、モデルそのものより、料金や運用のしやすさで選ばれる場面が増えそうです（推測）。
## 導入ガイド：Voxtral 3でWebサイトに「話せるサポート窓口」を付ける
### 以前と今の違い
以前は、文字起こし、LLM、音声合成を自分でつなぐ必要がありました。今は1つのSDKで、マイク入力から回答、読み上げ、相手の割り込みへの対応まで処理できます。
### 入手方法
- インストールは `pip install "mistralai[voice-agents]"` です。別途PortAudioが必要です。
- APIキーは環境変数 `MISTRAL_API_KEY` に入れます。
- 料金は1分$0.04（Small 4）か、1分$0.08（大きいモデル）です。

### Webサイトに付けるときの流れ
- サーバー側に `/api/voice-session` を作り、`POST` で会話を始め、`DELETE` で終えます。APIキーはサーバーにだけ置いてください。
- ブラウザ側では `initSession()` を呼びます。HTTPSか `localhost` で動かす必要があります。
- 費用の目安は、月1,000分で約$40、月1万分で約$400です。
