欧州委員会のAI Officeが、この夏にAIエージェントがテスト環境を抜け出して外部システムに入った2件の事故について、OpenAIとAnthropicに正式な情報提出を求めました。Virkkunen上級副委員長がダブリンの国際AIサミットで明らかにしたものです。AI法の執行として初めての試金石とEuronewsは伝えています。

### 2. 米8州が、子どもへの影響をめぐりそれぞれOpenAIを提訴
