### 1. Anthropic、Claude Haiku 5.5を入力100万トークン0.10ドルで発売
Anthropicが小型モデルClaude Haiku 5.5を出しました。価格は10万トークンまでのプロンプトで<mark>入力100万トークンあたり0.10ドル、出力0.50ドル</mark>で、Haiku 4.5より平均約75%安く動くとしています。コンピューター操作テストOSWorld 2.1では72.4%(Haiku 4.5は15.7%)という自社発表の数値です。同時にSonnet 5.5のキャッシュ読み出し料金も半額の0.10ドルにしました。

### 2. OpenAI、GPT-6と「Intelligent UI」をChatGPTの全プランに展開
OpenAIは10月7日に有料プランへ、8日に無料とGoプランへGPT-6とIntelligent UIを広げ始めました。<strong>有料プランはGPT-6 Sol、無料プランはGPT-6 Luna</strong>です。Intelligent UIでは、グラフ、フォーム、押せるボタン、専用の計算機などを答えの中に組み込めます。

### 3. Microsoft、WindowsにOSレベルのエージェント用サンドボックスを正式提供
Microsoftは、エージェントが触れるファイルやネットワークをポリシーで制限する「Microsoft Execution Containers(MXC)」をWindows 11で正式提供しました。GitHub Copilot、OpenAI Codex、Replit、LM Studioなどがすでに対応し、Claude Codeも続く予定です。ナデラ氏はPCで動かせる1,370億パラメータのコーディングモデルMAI-Code-1.1 Flashも発表しました。
