### 2. Reflection、5,010億パラメータのオープンウェイトモデル「Beam」を発表
Reflection AIが初のモデルBeamを公開しました。総パラメータ5,010億、動くのは230億のMoEで、23.8兆トークンで事前学習したとしています。Z.aiのGLM-5.2に推論ベンチマークで並び、推論計算は3〜4分の1という主張ですが、数値は自社発表です。

### 3. 国防総省がAnthropic製品の利用停止を確認
国防総省の当局者がBBCに対し「Anthropic製品の使用を停止した」と述べ、2月に命じられた6カ月の段階的廃止が完了したことが初めて確認されました。Anthropicは完全自律型兵器や米国民の大規模監視にClaudeを使うことを認めず、2月27日に国家安全保障上のサプライチェーンリスクに指定されていました。
