### 1. Apple、AIエージェントのリスクを理由にmacOSのフルディスクアクセスを厳しく
Appleは10月2日、Macのあらゆるファイルやメールを読める権限「フルディスクアクセス」に制御を加えると開発者向けに告知しました。今後は「非常に明示的なユーザー操作」でのみ許可できるようにするとしています。企業名やmacOSのバージョン、時期は示していません。

### 2. Amazon、80億ドル分のNvidiaチップを投資家に移してリースで借り戻す方向(FT報道)
Reutersが伝えたFTの報道によると、Amazonは約80億ドル分のNvidia Grace Blackwellチップを特別目的会社に移し、リースで借り戻すことを目指しています。外部投資家が社債で資金を出し、Amazonは最大10%の持ち分を提供する形です。チップは米国5州の十数カ所のデータセンターに設置済みです。

### 3. 3億ドル超のAIサーバーを中国へ密輸した疑いでカリフォルニアの男を逮捕
米司法省は10月1日、輸出管理改革法違反の共謀、密輸、資金洗浄の共謀の罪で38歳の男を逮捕・起訴したと発表しました。2023〜2024年に3億ドル超の輸出規制対象サーバーを購入し、マレーシアとシンガポール経由で無許可のまま中国へ送った疑いです。
