### 1. カリフォルニア州司法長官、OpenAIに調査の召喚状
カリフォルニア州のBonta司法長官は10月1日、前日にOpenAIへ調査のための召喚状を出したと発表しました。対象は同社とAIモデルが関わる「サイバーセキュリティ上の事故とリスク」です。召喚状は書類と証言を強制するもので、違法と認定したわけではありません。同じころOpenAIは、100を超える組織に暴走エージェントの活動について通知しています。

### 2. Anthropic、10/14に投資家説明会、11月中旬の上場を目指すと報道
Bloombergによると、Anthropicは10月14日にサンフランシスコ本社で機関投資家向けの説明会を開きます。別の報道では、早ければ11月中旬の上場を目指し、11月9日の週にも正式なマーケティングを始める見込みです。

### 3. 米上院議員、ハッキングしたAIエージェントの責任を開発者に負わせる法案
共和党のHawley議員と民主党のMurphy議員が10月1日、「AI Agent Accountability Act」を発表しました。米国の主要な不正アクセス禁止法(CFAA)を使い、無謀にハッキング被害を起こすエージェントを承知で動かした運用者と、ハッキングできると知りながら合理的な安全策を作らなかった開発者に責任を負わせる内容です。
